I am proud and excited to offer you this opportunity to exhibit at one or
more of my workshops. My workshops are not your "typical" bridal show.
There will be exhibiting for the wedding industry professionals, however,
after much thought, I have structured my workshops in a unique way which I
know vendors will benefit from. Vendors will have quality time with each
couple who attends the workshops and wedding expos.

Pre-Show Promotion Benefits
Your Wedding Survival Coaches will be promoting the
workshops by advertising in newspapers, postcards mailings to targeted
couples, flyers and radio.

Workshop and Wedding Expo Benefits
The workshops and wedding expo's are an excellent opportunity to network with fellow bridal
businesses.
At the workshops and wedding expo's, vendors will have several opportunities for 'face-time'
with the couples. Couples will be given name tags and so will the vendors.
Sponsors will have an opportunity to speak at the workshops (15 second
spotlight on stage that allows you to highlight your services or products) and wedding expo. Sponsors will also have their business logo on T-shirts printed for couples who attend the workshops.
Before the workshops and wedding expos, couples will be given a list of vendors who are

Each vendor has been asked to provide a door prize in the value of $75.00.
During time of exhibiting, EA Wedding Planner will be announcing the door
prizes so vendors have again another opportunity to speak to the couple and brides that
have won the door prize they have provided. This is an opportunity to truly
connect with the couple and brides attending and offer them any discounts on your services or
products.
This is a truly unique opportunity ...Vendors submit 50-60
business cards per workshop and EA Wedding Planner will make sure each
resource bag has a business card holder with each vendor's card. This is a
great way to ensure that even if the couple hasn't visited every vendor's
booth, they will at least receive that vendor's business card. Vendors who
are exhibiting will need to send us the business cards before the workshops.
Vendors who are not exhibiting will be charged a nominal fee for this
service.
Post-Show Benefits
After the workshop and wedding expo, each vendor will receive a list of Bridal leads. This is key to providing a quick follow-up to the workshop and wedding expo.
