| Q: How do you charge for your services? | |
A: Some wedding planners
will charge you by the hour and some provide an estimate based on the total
wedding budget. Typically, they will charge you 10-15% of total budget
of wedding. Depending on which wedding package you select, (Full Service
Planning, Wedding Day Coordination or Wedding Consultations) we will
sit with you to work on the analysis. Most of our brides and grooms
have chosen the flat fee option. We tailor our services to meet your
specific needs and work hard to get you the lowest prices with all
particular vendors. The flat fee guarantees you that our Planning Consultants
are part of your budget and not a hidden cost that you receive at the

| Q: How many weddings do you do per day? | |
| A: EA Wedding Planner will only be fully engaged in one wedding per day. It is your special day and we want it to be special from beginning to end. We will focus on you throughout the entire day. | |

Planner's professionals will make sure the entire wedding ceremony
is flawless. From setup to the last dance, we will guide and coordinate
every moment with you.

| Q: What other services do you offer besides the wedding planning services? | |
A: At EA Wedding
Planner, our focus is the wedding planning packages and making sure
your wedding is perfect in every way. However, we do offer services
that will not conflict with your wedding day and the planning throughout
the months that we are working with you. We have professionals that
are very creative and artistic that do offer their services to you
at an extra fee aside from the wedding planning packages. Such services
include: Taking your photo and transforming it into a beautiful realistic
sketch/drawing with matting and framing included, lovely centerpieces
created for bridal showers and your wedding day and unique customized
favors for your special day. These are just some of the additional
services we provide. We do not provide photography or catering services
because this would cause a conflict with the day of the wedding. Be
assured that your wedding day will be our focus.

| Q: How will the Wedding Planner be dressed for our wedding? | |
A: We have
three Wedding Planners on staff who will be dressed in business casual
attire. It is important to promote professionalism and exude authority
and expertise. We will always be in proper attire.
